Are Macpaul products formaldehyde-free?
Yes — every Macpaul formula is 100% formaldehyde-free. Our Brazilian hair technology is designed to deliver salon-grade results while staying safe for both stylists and clients.
How do I use the Professional Keratin treatment?
Wash with a clarifying shampoo, towel-dry, then apply the treatment section by section. Leave it in as directed on the label, blow-dry, and seal with a flat iron to activate the thermal formula. For best and safest results we recommend professional application in a salon — always follow the instructions included with the product.
How often should I use Safe Blond?
Use the Safe Blond shampoo and mask once or twice a week in place of your regular wash, leaving the mask in for 3–5 minutes. Adjust the frequency to how much toning your blonde, grey or bleached hair needs — more often for stronger neutralizing, less often to maintain.
Which products are best for dry or damaged hair?
Start with the Only One Gold Coconut line for deep hydration, or the Intensive shampoo and mask for fast repair and frizz control. For daily maintenance, the Keratin & Argan shampoo and conditioner keep hair nourished between treatments.
Are your shampoos safe to use after chemical treatments?
Yes. The Only One Gold nutritive shampoo is salt-free and the Professional Keratin shampoo is formulated to cleanse without harming chemically straightened strands — both are gentle choices after colour or smoothing treatments.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes — we deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery options, timing and cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is not right, contact us as soon as your order arrives and we will do our best to make it right. For hygiene reasons, some opened personal-care items may not be returnable.
